• Edmonton Seniors Homeowner Grant
  The Edmonton Seniors Homeowner Grant Program provides a flat-rate grant of $40 to City of Edmonton Seniors. The grant assists lower income senior households with the possible increase to their municipal taxes. To qualify, you must own and reside
  in your own home and receive the Alberta Seniors Benefit as of May 1, 2006. No application is required.

• Greater Edmonton Foundation (GEF): Housing for Seniors
  Mission: to provide quality housing for Edmonton's seniors. The 9 lodges and 10 apartment buildings offer a comfortable lifestyle in a warm, receptive and wellness-oriented atmosphere. GEF: Housing for Seniors is a management body created by the Province of Alberta and legislated by the Alberta Housing Act. Funding is provided by the Provincial Government and the City of Edmonton.

• Seniors Association of Greater Edmonton [SAGE]
  • Home Relocation Services
    Provide resources and information to seniors requiring moving services, who have little or no supports.
  • Home Services
    Assists older adults in locating reliable and responsible workers to assist them with interior and exterior home maintenance at an affordable cost, e.g. yard work, home repairs, snow removal.

• Alberta Health Facilities Review Committee
• Education Property Tax Assistance for Seniors Program
  Provides an annual rebate to assist senior homeowners with the year-to-year increases in the education tax portion of their property taxes. This program is not based on income.
