Content: Facilitated by experienced group leaders. Through discussion & sharing, parents will acquire basic child rearing knowledge on the following topics: body, safety, mind, behaviour, parental self-care and community resources, thus making parenting a joyful task.

Remarks: Must register to reserve a spot.
Families who attended over half of the sessions will receive a Parent's Kit and a Parents' Handbook
