Target: Families with children aged 0 - 5
Content: Facilitated by experienced group leaders. Through discussion & sharing,
parents will acquire basic child rearing knowledge on the following topics: body,
safety, mind, behaviour, parental self-care and community resources, thus making
parenting a joyful task.

Remarks:
- Free childcare services provided to children aged 1 - 5
- Families who attended over half of the sessions will receive a Parent's Kit and a Parents' Handbook
- Must register to reserve a spot.
