The ASSIST Community Centre Helps with Your Integration with Canada
As the Chinese population in Edmonton continues to rise, community services have gradually increased in response to intensifying demand. For the past 30 years, the ASSIST Community Services Centre has been working to build the community. The Centre aims to provide diversified services to Canadian immigrants and their offspring, helping them integrate into mainstream society and actively contribute.
Introduction to Our Services
Our programs include Integrated Services Program, Adult Learning English Courses and Children, Youth , Family and Senior Services. One-on-One Counselling, workshops and group activites are provided to improve the well-being of people who live in our community. The Centre also recruits a large number of volunteers to provide the community with the necessary support and to work together to build a harmonious and healthy community.
