One-on-one Counselling
We provide career and employment infomation, career goal setting, as well as resume and cover letter revising services.Please call our Career & Employment Counsellor Jane Cheng at 429-3111 ext 315 to make an appointment.


Job Search Classes
- Day Class: one week from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm

- Night Class: two weeks from Monday to Friday, 6pm to 9pm

- Weekend Class: 5 Saturdays, 10am to 4pm

Topics included
Knowing Canadian workplace culture and labour market trends, writing effective resumes and cover letters, improving interview skills, answering common job interviewquestions and mock interviews as well as how to keep a job etc.

  • How to become a Technologist in Alberta? - speaker from ASET
  • How to become a Journeyman in Alberta?  - speaker from Apprenticeship and Industry Traning

  • How to do International Qualification Assessment through IQAS? - speaker from IQAS

Our address is 9649 – 105A Avenue.  We need a lot of volunteers to involve. Should you be interested, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Abigail Chan at 429-3111ext 317.               

Please provide the copy of your landing paper or PR card for our record when attendingthe class. New immigrants who landed 3 years or less have priority.No daycare service for job search classes and workshops.
