ARTICLE III - MEMBERS
1. Subject to these by-laws, anyone having a habitural residence interested in supporting the objects of The Society regardless of race, gender, religion and ability may ability may become a member of The Society.
2. New members shall be nominated by teh membership Director, any other director or staff of the Society as the Board of Director authorizes.
3. Membership may be renewed annually by the payment of the prescribed membership fee.
4. By a written notice to the Society, anyone may withdraw from being a member.
5. A member with a 3 month standing may have one vote on one resolution at any meeting that is open to members. Unless otherwise authorizes by the Board of Directors, voting shall be in person.
6. Subject to these by-laws, a member with a 24-month standing is eligible to be a director.
