ARTICLE II - BORROWING POWERS, REMUNERATION, BOOKS & RECORDS
1. Unless authorized by the Board, no Officer or Member of the Society shall receive any remuneration for his/her services.
2. For the purpose of carrying out its objectives, the Society may borrow, raise or secure the money in such manner as it thinks fit, and in particular by the issue of debentures. Debenture may be issued only by a Special Resolution of Society.
3. The book records of the Society shall be audited annually by professional accountants or by two members of the Society who are not members of the Board & who are elected by the members at the Society's previous annual meeting.
4. The books and records of the Society shall be kept by the Secretary, and may be inspected by any member of Society at any time upon giving reasonable notice and arranging a time satisfactory to the Secretary. The Secretary's duty may be designated by the Board. Each member of the Board shall at all times have access to such books and records.
