The immigrant services workers at the Centre’s Front Counter would provide you support with suggestions and advice regarding your problems in your everyday life in Edmonton.
Our services include:
· Information counseling and referrals regarding immigrant settlement issues
· Interpretation and Translation Referrals
· Government form filling*
Service languages: English, Mandarin & Cantonese

· Request for assistance in form filling requires advance booking
· We are not in the position to provide services relating to the following:
ü Medical related issues
ü Legal matters
ü Insurance policies
ü Immigration sponsorship
ü Writing personal letters
